Our basketball teams continue to receive postseason accolades! Congratulations to the boys' team, Benson, Skiler, Andrew, Coach Wruble, and Bridget, and Haleigh on their honors from the Thumb Sportswriters Association!
Also, congratulations to Benson for earning 2nd Team All-State, Ellyne Volmering for receiving 2nd Team All-State coach honors, and Haleigh Guitar for being named Honorable Mention All-State.

We are saddened to share the loss of longtime teacher and coach Jo Ann Capling. Ms. Capling impacted countless students during her time at HBCS and leaves behind an incredible legacy🧡🖤

The Service Leadership class wanted to recognize teachers for all that they do. They decided to begin a "teacher of the month" program. They created and distributed a survey for 6th- to 12th-grade students and interviewed elementary students. They used the data from the surveys and interviews to decide the first round of honorees.
