Happy Administrative Professionals Day to our amazing secretarial staff! Thank you for all that you do to help our school run smoothly each day; we are so lucky to have each of you.

Our Astronomy students had a great time at the Delta Planetarium today! Not only did they have a great experience, but they got to learn about the Dark Universe (narrated by Neil deGrasse Tyson), which discussed how dark matter and dark energy comprise most of our known universe! In other words, what we see is only the beginning.

A fantastic opening day for our golf team, both the baseball and softball teams picking up victories, and 8th grader Liam O'Hare breaking another school record on the track highlighted a great night of spring sports last night!

Last Thursday was a busy day for our spring athletes! Our baseball and softball teams weren't able to bring home wins. Check out how the soccer and track teams fared below.

Mrs. Seidl’s class had a great time last week celebrating spring activities! We played a “What’s in my egg?” game in which students choose an item to fit in their egg and then created clues using properties of matter and adjectives to describe their item. They then shared their clues with the class and guessed what might be in the egg.
We also colored paper eggs, which we cared for throughout the week! Then, on Thursday after lunch, our chicks hatched, and we got to play with them and do a writing activity. With all of the excitement, Mrs. Seidl forgot to take pictures, but we received a few pictures from students over the weekend enjoying their chicks!

We hope everyone had a great 3-day weekend! Here is what is going on for the week when school resumes tomorrow!

The 1st graders adopted their own Peep today! They had so much fun and loved picking out their Peep's name, favorite color, and even their favorite food! 🐰🧺

Don't miss Tuesday's 5th-8th grade Spring Band Concert!

The middle school track teams had another nice performance last night at the Laker Meet!

Yesterday was our second "Deposit Day" of the year for K-12 students. They had the chance to meet with Frankenmuth Credit Union to add money to their Child Savings Accounts, which were set up as a result of a donation from the Storrs family. 41 students took advantage and deposited a total of $475.31 towards their futures!

Tonight we inducted new members into our National Honor Society, celebrated our current members, and thanked our seniors for their dedication to our chapter. Congratulations to all - we are so proud of you!

Did you know our high school features a Club Trap Shooting team? Competitions consist of shooting two 25-target rounds for a total of 50 targets. The team competed last Sunday; check out these impressive results!

In honor of National Volunteer Recognition Week, thank you to these additional individuals who volunteer for various activities for our students!
Did we miss someone today or over the last 3 days? Please share their name in the comments!

The first year of 5th/6th grade volleyball was a success! The girls have learned and grown so much during the season. Their hard worked paid off at the Owen-Gage tournament last weekend as all three teams went undefeated! 🏐
