Fall sports competition is officially underway! Our Cross Country teams traveled to Cros-Lex today, where the boys' team took 7th and the girls' took 8th. With the new school year comes change, and this year the biggest change is a shift in school hours. As announced last spring, school will now begin at 8:00 am. Our staff is back and ready to take on the 25-26 school year! This morning they spent time learning about new technology tools. Don't forget that it is time to register your students for the 2025-2026 school year!

Students who are brand new to Harbor Beach can pick up their initial enrollment packet from either office. Returning student registrations can be completed by their primary guardian through Skyward and then clicking on Returning Student Registration.

Robotics Practices will be resuming this week in the high school computer lab. Students who are interested in the VRC program (grades 7-12) will meet on Tuesdays from 3-4:30 and on Thursdays from 4:30-6. Students in the VIQ program start this Thursday, with normal practices from 3-4:15pm. Please note that our League and Tournament schedules are not yet finalized, but will be communicated with teams as soon as they are.

For this week only, VIQ teams will practice from 1:45-2:45PM due to a scheduling conflict.

Questions regarding the program, including how to sponsor, volunteer, or otherwise assist the program, can be directed to the Lead Robotics coach David Roggenbuck.

Students who are looking to drive to school in the fall should stop in and complete the registration form in the High School office. Once the form is completed and verified by our staff, you will be issued a vehicle tag. Please note that this tag must be present at all times when using the school parking lot.
