Just a friendly reminder that Monday, September 14, starts the beginning of SEL lessons. HBCS are following the Capturing Kids’ Heart model, and this month’s theme is Empathy. Mrs. Volmering will be going around to each grade level throughout the month to teach and discuss how we can model, implement, and lead with empathy in our everyday lives whether that be in school, home, at work, and other facets of life.
