MI Student Aid Scholarships & Grants
Tuition Incentive Program Provides assistance to Michigan students who have received Medicaid. Students must certify no later than August 31 of their senior year in high school. TIP Fact Sheet Children of Veterans Tuition Grant (CVTG) Provides tuition assistance to the children of Michigan Veterans who are totally and permanently disabled, missing in action, or deceased. CVTG Fact Sheet Fostering Futures Scholarship (FFS) Provides assistance for college expenses to Michigan students who had formerly been in foster care. FFS Fact Sheet Michigan Competitive Scholarship (MCS) Provides tuition assistance to students who scored at least 1200 on the SAT. Award amount is the same as MTG when attending a private or independent, non-profit college or university. MCS Fact Sheet Michigan Tuition Grant (MTG) Provides tuition assistance to students attending a MIchigan private or independent non-profit college or university. MTG Fact Sheet Police Officer's and Fire Fighter's Survivor Tuition Grant (STG) Provides a waiver of tuition for children and surviving spouses of Michigan police officers and fire fighters killed in the line of duty.
